Modern two-storey villa: The main floor has a kitchen, living room, terrace, chill out, barbecue and heated pool forming a large open space where the interior and exterior are connected by a Cortizo aluminium sliding door that opens completely creating a modern and clean space.
On this floor is the first of the five bedrooms of the villa, as well as a complete bathroom.
The first floor is accessed by a modern iron staircase with solid mulberry wood steps and glass.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with Cortizo aluminium sliding doors, which allow us to see the incredible views of the beaches and the Orotava valley without having to get out of bed. On the first floor there are three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.
The villa has a heated swimming pool with electric cover.
There is parking for 3 vehicles inside the property.
